How can I grow today? How can I give more of who I truly am today? How can I show up as the very best version of me?

My life has been a series of moments for growth— some chosen, some not. Of those I can choose, I always want to make sure I'm pushing myself a little more each day. I want what I do to matter, and that often means doing at least one thing every day that scares me.
